I've always driven past the Sun-Ray shopping center right off I-94 west of St. Paul on my way to better places, like Stillwater or Afton. Now there's a reason to stop. Not the best Chicago dog in the world, but it will serve in a pinch. They gotta work on the name though. From afar you might think a place called Philly Dawgz is a hip-hop clothing store not a hot dog joint.
