BARACK THE VOTE!

Voting is what makes America a great country! This is such a great
feeling. And I love the symbolism of voting today for the first black
president (hopefully) at Martin Luther King, Jr. Park! Goosebumps.
This line is ten times longer than it was in 2004. It was halfway down
Nicollet! Please, please let that mean the outcome will be different.

HOSPITAL-ITY

Children's Hospital - Minneapolis, MN My son had his tonsils and adenoids removed today. It was strange watching him go under. Hard not to tear up a little. He was so trusting. So brave. I fear now he'll never want to go to the doctor again. Can't blame him. If I went to sleep and woke up with tubes coming out of me and my throat felt like it was just buffed with sandpaper, I'd be cautious, too.
